Buy & Sell Mkt is an online marketplace where individuals and small businesses can list items for sale and connect with buyers. Sellers can create listings in minutes with photos, descriptions, and pricing. Buyers can browse categories, search by keyword, save favorites, and contact sellers directly. The platform also features a community Wish Wall where users post what they're looking for, so sellers can respond with matching items.

How It Works
- Create a free account (email verification required).
- Post a listing with photos, a title, description, and price — or post to the Wish Wall to request an item.

Safety & Trust
All purchases run through Stripe or PayPal with full chargeback and refund rights. Listings can be reported, users can be blocked, and every order earns a public seller rating.

The following policies govern use of Buy & Sell Mkt and are binding on all buyers and sellers:
Terms of Service
By using Mkt. you agree to provide accurate account information, be at least 18 years old to sell, and follow our listing rules. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings and for shipping in a timely manner. Mkt. may remove listings that violate policy. The Service is provided "as is" with limitation of liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Privacy Policy
We collect account information (email, name), profile data you choose to share, listing and order details, and payment metadata from Stripe. We use this data to operate the marketplace, process orders, communicate with you, and prevent fraud. Order details are shared with the other party in a transaction (e.g. shipping addresses with sellers). We use Stripe for payments and never store full card numbers. You can update or delete your profile at any time, and request a full data export or account deletion. We do not sell your personal information.
Returns & Refunds
Buyers can cancel unshipped orders for a full automatic refund. If an item arrives damaged, not as described, or doesn't arrive within 30 days, contact the seller through Messages first; unresolved issues can be escalated to Mkt. support. Refund requests should be made within 30 days of delivery and are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Prohibited Items Policy
The following items and categories are strictly prohibited on Buy & Sell Mkt:
- Illegal goods or services of any kind under applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons (including replicas where restricted).
- Recreational drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and unapproved pharmaceuticals.
- Tobacco, vaping products, and alcohol.
- Hazardous, flammable, radioactive, or toxic materials.
- Counterfeit goods, replicas, or items that infringe intellectual property rights.
- Stolen property or goods without clear lawful ownership.
- Live animals, animal parts from protected species, and ivory.
- Human remains, body parts, blood, or bodily fluids.
- Adult or sexually explicit content, services, or paraphernalia.
- Government IDs, passports, badges, uniforms, and official documents.
- Financial instruments such as currency, stocks, gift cards used as cash equivalents, lottery tickets, and cryptocurrency wallets with funds.
- Medical devices, prescription items, and items requiring professional licensure to sell.
- Recalled products and items subject to consumer-safety recalls.
- Hate-speech merchandise, items promoting violence, terrorism, or discrimination.
- Personal data, hacked accounts, login credentials, or surveillance services.
Violations result in listing removal, account suspension, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement. Report violations using the Report listing button on any listing page.
Safety Tips
Always pay through Mkt. checkout to keep buyer protection. Never wire money, send gift cards, or use Zelle/Venmo Friends & Family with strangers. Keep messaging on-platform. For in-person meetups, choose public safe-exchange locations and inspect items before releasing funds.
